The goal was to refresh the visual direction of the Impact Report while building a system that could grow with future reports.

We slowed the process down to ask better questions. Through collaborative conversations, we aligned on tone, audience, and how impact should feel on the page. Design decisions were intentionally streamlined to let the content lead, supported by a flexible visual system rather than one-off solutions. Custom infographics were introduced to translate dense information into clear, human-readable moments, and a concise style guide emerged as a natural extension of the work.
